Back in 2019, I dropped $200 on what was supposedly the “best pod system on the market” based on some slick review site. Two days later, it was leaking all over my pocket and the coils were burning out faster than I could replace them. That’s when I realized most review sites were just pushing whatever paid them the highest commission.
So a few of us—longtime vapers who’d been through the evolution from those first-gen cigalikes to today’s advanced setups—decided to create the resource we wished we’d had when we started.

We’re not “vape influencers” or industry insiders. Just regular people who vape daily and have collectively tried hundreds of devices over the years.
Our team includes former smokers who found their way to vaping as an alternative, hobbyists who love building coils and chasing clouds, and everyday users who just want something reliable that doesn’t leak or break the bank.

Our Approach
Every product we cover gets at least two weeks of real-world usage. We buy most of our test units ourselves, and when we do accept manufacturer samples, they get no special treatment.
We test everything in daily life conditions. That means carrying devices in pockets and bags, using them outside in the wind, letting the battery run completely down, and all the other real-world situations that glossy marketing videos never show.
